The fastest way to reach a person is the “Help / report a problem” button in the corner of every page on this site. It goes straight to a human, and it is the right channel for a wrong price, a stale coverage status, a broken link, or anything confusing.

What we can help with

• Corrections. A figure that has changed, a state Medicaid status that is wrong, a program rule we have out of date. Tell us what you saw and where.
• Gaps. A cost or coverage question this site does not answer.

What we cannot help with — and who can

• Your own eligibility, prior authorization or claim. Call 1-800-MEDICARE (1-800-633-4227; TTY 1-877-486-2048) for Medicare questions, or the member number on your plan card. They can look up your specific case; we cannot.
• Anything medical. Dosing, side effects, whether a GLP-1 is right for you — that is your clinician and your pharmacist, and it always will be.
• Emergencies. Call 911 or your local emergency number.

We are an information site with no accounts and no access to any insurer or pharmacy system, so we have no way to see your coverage even if you ask us to.
