Who runs GLP1Compass

A small, independent publication about the cost and coverage of GLP-1 medicines. One operator, no newsroom, no investors, and no relationship with any drug maker, pharmacy, telehealth service or insurer.

What we are

• An information and advocacy site. We map the legitimate paths to an affordable GLP-1 — insurance, the Medicare GLP-1 Bridge, state Medicaid, manufacturer cash prices, and how to appeal a denial.
• Independent. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Medicare, CMS, or any manufacturer. Some links may be affiliate links; that never changes which lowest-cost path we show you, and we say so on every page it could matter.
• Dated and sourced. Every price, program and coverage fact carries the date we recorded it and a link to the public source. See how we know this for the full standard, including what we refuse to claim.

What we are not

• We are not a pharmacy, prescriber, telehealth provider, insurer, or government agency, and nothing here is medical, legal, insurance or financial advice.
• We cannot look up your prior authorization, adjudicate your claim, or tell you whether a medicine is right for you. Only Medicare, your plan, your pharmacy and your clinician can do those things — which is why we give you their numbers rather than pretending to replace them.
• We do not collect accounts, logins or health information. The eligibility checker on the Medicare Bridge page runs entirely in your browser; nothing you type into it is sent anywhere.

Corrections
